March 2023 Game Night Report

Free game night for BYU students

The Bean Museum’s first game on March 25, 2023 was a big hit. People were able to register for the event and come to learn to play new life science games to learn about evolution, biodiversity, and the complex strategies of biocard go fish. Playing games beside an elephant is a pretty unique experience that you don’t want to miss out on but there will be plenty of opportunities to come again in the future.

While we had games that people were familiar with like pandemic and wingspan we also had plenty of other games to learn. The most popular were Planet and Ecosystems that focus on the importance of biodiversity and building an environment for different species. There were plenty of other games so if you love board games and the life sciences make sure to come to our next one!
