The Bean Life Science Museum is home to Shasta the Liger, born at the Hogle Zoo.

Whooping Crane exhibit has been renovated!!!

Pheasants and Waterfowl of the World celebrates the striking diversity and beauty of these remarkable birds.

Insects includes rotating displays selected from the Museum's vast collection of insects and their near relatives.

 

The Mario J. Gracchi Shell Collection displays a remarkable variety of shells from the oceans of the world.

The Ecosystem Exhibits in the Museum's main exhibit hall immerse you in the marvelous balance of living and non-living factors that structure species in marsh, forest, and grasland ecosystems.

Africa: A Diverse Continent showcases a breathtaking array of African animals, from brilliant butterflies to lions, ibexes, zebra and antelope.

Located in the Monte L. Bean Memorial Room.

The Donald G. Cox International Wildlife Collection features many full mounts of rare and unusual animals from China, Russia, Africa, and North America.

The Museum's lower level houses the Synoptic Collection of Utah Vertebrates, a diverse array of mammals, fishes, reptiles, amphibians, and birds from across the state.
