Live animal shows

Our popular live animal shows are designed for specific grades in connection with the Utah Science State Core Curriculum. Shows can be either in house at the Bean museum or as part of an outreach. Free public shows are held in-house Monday-Friday at 7:30 PM with an additional show at 6:30 PM on Monday, and Saturday at 1 PM and 3 PM. Shows typically last 30 to 45 minutes.

Free Weekly In-House Shows

Monday: Vertebrate Variety at 6:30 PM and Adaptations at 7:30 PM
Tuesday: Adpatations at 7:30 PM
Wednesday: Utah's Diversity at 7:30 PM
Thursday: Classification at 7:30 PM
Friday: Adaptations at 7:30 PM
Saturday: Vertebrate Variety at 1 PM & 3 PM. 

Scheduled Shows

Private in-house shows may also be scheduled. In an outreach show, for a small fee, a staff member from the museum will travel to you and present one of the museum's seven live animal shows. Anyone, regardless of age, may request any of the shows found here:
