Live Animal Show Request

Schedule an outreach show, where we bring the live animal show to you for $35 (if you are within Provo, Nebo, or Alpine school district boundaries. All other outreaches are $55).  Additional outreach shows scheduled back to back (within one hour) for the same day at the same location are $15 each. 

To schedule a live animal show, please fill out this form as completely as possible. Museum staff will check to see if one of your requested times is available and you will be sent an email within 2 working days to confirm the date and time.

OUTREACH SHOWS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST TWO WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
